I designed Winter with a rich girl in mind. She stands to inherit a fair amount when she turns 21. However, Winter's a caring person, who's not really in it for the money. She's a bit of a 'Daddy's girl', but to a father that pays her no attention. I wanted her to be curvy, with a little bit of sexiness to her. She inherits her blue hair from her father, Rheam.
