Learning to Crochet

It’s Saturday night and I’m learning to crochet with Crocheting for Dummies. I’m designing more Queerfish, and I’m going to be integrating some crochet techniques- perfect for tendrils, tentacles and other dangly bits!

You can buy such great wool in neon colours these days too, I’m practicing with a lovely lurid green. I’ve tried crocheting before, using youtube and websites found with google, but I couldn’t get the hang of it- this book is brilliant, I’ve actually achieved three rows of single crochet, and I understand what I’m doing and why.

Next time I’m going to master a round stitch, to make the caps of my Queerfish. Check back soon for more fish related crocheting!

  1. Accountability is very important for the betterment of the education system if there is no check and balance then there must be no improvement in the education system because they do not have the problems about the upper level involvement.
